How do I connect my own domain to my storefront?

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Domains. Add your domain, follow the CNAME/TXT verification steps, and we'll guide you through DNS setup. Custom domains are available on Pro and Growth plans.

How do I accept payments from customers?

Spenfai integrates with Paystack. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Payments and enable Paystack. You'll need a Paystack account and your public + secret keys. Bank transfer and cash on delivery are also available.

Can I import my products from an existing website?

Yes. Go to Dashboard → Products and use the "Import from website" tab. Paste your website URL and we'll extract products automatically for review before importing.

How do I send an email campaign?

Go to Dashboard → Campaigns → New campaign. Choose your segment, write your email, preview it, and schedule or send immediately. Your store must have email delivery configured.

My order is stuck in pending — what do I do?

Go to Dashboard → Orders, find the order, and check its payment status. If payment was received via Paystack, verify the payment manually on the order detail page. For bank transfers, confirm receipt and mark as paid.

How do I switch between stores?

Use the store switcher at the top of the dashboard. If you have multiple stores under your account, you can switch between them without logging out.

What is the PLOT lead capture widget?

PLOT is Spenfai's built-in lead generation tool. Enable it in Dashboard → Leads or via your storefront settings. It shows a lead capture prompt on your storefront and stores contacts in your leads list.

Can I use Spenfai in countries other than Nigeria?

Yes. Spenfai works globally. Payments via Paystack are most optimized for Nigeria, but you can use bank transfer or cash on delivery for any country. Multi-currency support is on the roadmap.
